Preworkout of choice - Share your feedback!

As preworkout supplements are becoming more and more common I thought it would be worthwhile to start a "tracking" thread of sorts, so those thinking of trying one have some useful feedback to use here.

My current preworkout of choice - MTS Nutrition CLASH

The first time I used this (shortly after reveal), I relate it to the first time I ever took the original Jack3d. The focus, pump, and energy were all great! I have been a Gaspari SuperPump Max or Controlled Labs White Flood user for quite a while, but this stuff is leaps and bounds better than anything I've ever used.

The mixability is great. Taste is average preworkout, nothing amazing, but easily enough to down quickly on the way to the gym.

If any of you are interested, here is the link: http://www.tigerfitness.com/MTS-CLASH-p/mtsclash.htm

Pump-HD:

Free sample was awesome. Actual thing was disappointing to say the least.
Tasted like ****
Didn't blend
Felt nauseous during and after the gym
Couldn't take after 6pm or I couldn't sleep

I sold it Friday after about 10 servings.

I don't even own a jeep anymore

Pre- by ON:

Has been my favorite so far.
Nice, tame energy and focus
Tasted amazing
Blended perfectly
Only problem was there were tiny pieces that if you but into them, it was like biting into a fresh jalapeņo.

C4:

My first preworkout. Worked amazingly.
Great energy, focus, and pump
Lasted a long time without keeping me awake
Started clumping fast however. Eventually I basically needed to chisel away at it. Ended up throwing it away before I finished it.
Still recommend though.

Hyphy M.U.D.

Kali Muscle's prison preworkout. Folgers instant coffee and a little bit of Coke/Pepsi.
Tastes good. (If you like coffe and coke)
Instant energy because of the super concentrated coffee.
CHEAP
No real side effects unless you're caffeine sensitive.

Jack3d:

I consider the original Jack3d formula to be the standard by which all others are measured
Various flavors, all good, nothing amazing
Great energy and focus when using 2 scoops
Quite affordable

My favorite so far was jack3d hd. It tastes amazing, mixed well, and it didn't give me this feeling like in on crack. It gave me a great focus and felt natural.

Right now I'm on white flood bases on the recommendation of a buddy. It's pretty good, tastes and mixes well but I crash when it wears off.

I think Im going to go back to the new jacked hd next

I wasn't even impressed with my sample I had.

-Peaches and Cream flavor. Wasn't that bad actually
-Super gritty and hard to drink because of that.
-No noticeable energy increases.

This stuff is the tits when I don't take anything for a week.
-Two hours plus of useable efficient energy
-No crash
-Fruit punch tastes alright
-Was clumped when we opened the jar.

N.O. Hyper.

-Tastes better than C4
-Harder to mix
-Mild energy but still completely useable.
-No crash

If I need a little boost because its just been a slow day, I'm gonna want to take this. If I've been up all night and I need to kick *** because its leg day, I'm gonna take the C4

Adopt your pets. Don't shop for them.

Best I've used is C4 from GNC. Blue raspberry taste really good, kicks in quick, and doesn't give me the shakes from all the caffeine. I'm never quite sure how much of it is mental and how much is the actual supplement.

That's what I always wonder too, but c4 isn't from gnc. Just one of the many vendors lol

C4 imo is the best ive used so far. I started to stay away from it due to the creatine that's in the mix. I started using the cellucor preworkout that does not have the creatine in it and it works just as well. Strange thing with the regular c4 is if you take it and dont lift weights and only do cardio you will end up on the toliet quick.. cellucor products are quality imo. Bodybuilding.com has good deals from time to time on their products.

Well yeah you're not supposed to take a preworkout for cardio lol.

Haha yeah, I just meant I got it from GNC. If it actually works that's awesome but either way, it's worth it.
