I just finished 60 minutes of Squats... hitting my *** to my heels... with 225lbs. I stretched for 8 minutes, warmed up for 5 minutes, then did sets of 225lbs for another 60 minutes. Longest break was 2 1/2 minutes, average break was just under 2 minutes.

I may not post again for a week I am hurting so bad right now.

Doing the same squats the whole time? Or switching between front and back squats?

I don't even own a jeep anymore

Back squats.

A set of 225lb front would be redunkulous.

That's easy.

I've done 275 front before. But that was in high school when I life's religiously everyday. The pure thought of doing anything similar to that now makes me hurt all over.

junior year in college I did 37 dips at 6'3" 235. Used to back squat 3x5 385lb and front 3x5 285. We would start at the bottom of the lift so we'd get under the bar and go up with it.

Mine are

I'm shooting for getting into the 1000 club next time I max out, currently my total is 905.
