40lb dumbells for 3 reps on shoulder press
95lbs on seated barbell shoulder press

Pretty much this a few years ago.
Same on bench
My squat was at 365 once upon a time
My dead lift was at almost 495 consistently

And I just finished my first two mile "run" (jog) yesterday at 20:20. Never been able to do that.

Last year, barely working out I could barely bench 150.
That was 6'5" 230lbs.

Now personal best 230x2 flat bench.
Now I'm at 6'5" 182lbs.
