40lb dumbells for 3 reps on shoulder press
95lbs on seated barbell shoulder press

My squat was at 365 once upon a time

Last year, barely working out I could barely bench 150.
That was 6'5" 230lbs.

Now personal best 230x2 flat bench.
Now I'm at 6'5" 182lbs.

99 WJ hp44, 3 link, Eaton e locker, 14" foa coilovers in the front. 14 bolt, 4 link, grizzly locker, 12" foa coilovers in the rear. 5.38s and 37s
