Other protein rich breakfast foods

So for breakfast I usually eat between 3-6 eggs, a bagel and cream cheese, and a protein shake. Safe to say I'm sick of eggs. I can't stand their taste anymore and I've tried everything to make them better. Other than eggs, what protein rich breakfast foods are y'all eating, or recommend?

I know it's not full of protein but oatmeal is a great way to start the day. Really high in complex carbs. I eat about 2 1/2 cups every morning which equates to a box of the pre-packaged insta oatmeal or 10 packets.

You tried salsa in your eggs?

I do 5 whites + 1 whole every morning.

You could also try throwing **** in your shake for more fullness. E.g. apples, peanut butter, bananas, oats.

Haven't tried salsa, I may give that a try.

And the only problem is, I don't have a blender. Just my blender bottle. I keep meaning to pick one up from Walmart but I always forget. I would think peanut butter could work though. I'll give that a try as well.

I've been trying to eat oatmeal, I just really don't like it. I need find one I like or figure out what I can add to it.

We try to avoid wheat flour, and also eat high protein and healthy fats. I got to the point I was sick of eggs for breakfast as well. Neither Coconut flour or Almond flour is cheap, but it much better then junk flour. My wife will make a batch of these waffles and freeze them for the week. I also will make "bulletproof" coffee with protein some days.

I started an experiment last week based on this http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/5...ng-but-a-scam/ , and a some other reading I have been doing.

I start my morning with "bulletproof" coffee, then workout. After my workout I have breakfast. So far it has worked great.

Forgot about that. Back when I worked at GNC I had a woman who would buy the buckets of vanilla Isopure and told me that she uses it as coffee creamer.

Never tried it though.

Those waffles sound awesome. Can you get almond flour at normal grocery stores?

I like it. We use true protein and make a custom mix.

You can. Around here the local Rays, and Walmart have it. In the Flour isle, Bob's red mill almond flour.

Cool ill look for it. I've tried making some protein muffins, but a lot of them are dry and don't taste very good.

Yeah, I have tried making some protein bars. They end up being pretty dry. I'm still looking for that magic healthy ingredient.

This isn't really breakfast food but you can mix whey protein into a sugar free pudding mix to make your own protein pudding. Pretty easy and tastes good too
