this thread has been a little slow.

the one thing that i always remember and it keeps me going:
"if you want to see your kids grow up and have kids, start exercising."
my doctor said that to me 3 years.

i am currently training for a conquer the coast, a 65 mile bike ride/race around the bay here in corpus christi, tx.
i did a 100 mile ride/race in april. i cannot do any impact sports because of a knee injury playing basketball so its riding or swimming. i don't have a pool.
