We used to have one at Special Operations ATC Det Little Creek that one of the SEALs there said one day and it just stuck,

"Don't be a p**sy and f**king get some."

Cheesy but it kept us going when we said it to each other throughout the day.

Another that an SO1 said to all of us one day,

"The measure of a man is what he does when he's tired, not what he does when he's fresh."

Some say a comet will fall from the sky.
Followed by meteor showers and tidal waves.
Followed by faultlines that cannot sit still.
Followed by millions of dumbfounded dip****s.

One of my favorites,

"You must either conquer and rule or serve and lose, suffer or triumph, be the anvil or the hammer." - Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

When I'm having trouble getting motivated, this will usually get me going.
