No I was just saying that lower protein shakes don't have enough other essential things.

Generally speaking, any shake over 25 grams of protein is waist. You really need to spread out your protein intake throughout the day. 20 grams is a little low for most athletes training for a competition or such but some of those shakes that advertise 50 grams per shake is just outrageous. I weight 200lbs as of this morning with 9.73% body fat and the recommended intake is 28 grams per shake but I am also taking 4 shakes a day, usually between the 4 meals I eat a day. For someone who casually works-out, I would say a 20 grams of protein would be perfect right after you workout and maybe another one sometime later in the day.
