Name your absolute favorite suppliments

I would love to see a list a the supplements people are taking. I'm always looking for the next best thing so I am willing to try something new if it looks good. List your Pre, During, and Post workout supplements that you take and a little write up if you would take them again. I'll go first.

Pre:
Gameday by Man
Concret
Amino-Tren
Nitric Boost by ON
Advil
Fish Oil
Gaspari Multi-Vitamin
L-carnitine 500mg pill

Post:
2 scoops of Combat Powder
A big meal

I have found that over the last 5 years that these keep me in great shape and show a little improvement in strength when I take them but if I'm looking for strength and size increase, I change up my supplement list quite a bit. My favorite out of this list is probably Concret. If you haven't taken a Creatine HCL, I would suggest trying one. I use a Monohydrate for my building phases.

Hmm:
Pre
Varies based on cost but I always liked BPI 1MR

During
USPLabs/USPowders Modern BCAA's...The ONLY BCAA I recommend. It is simply the best.

Post
Optimum Gold Standard or BodyTech Pro 24 (It's the same thing just cheaper)

Fat Burner
Varies by cost but I've had good results with Lipo 6 Black, Oxyelite Pro, and Animal Cuts

Intangibles
Fish Oil (I just get whatever is the best price at Wal-Mart)
L-Carnitine (liquid)
Multi (Anavite, MegaMen Sport)

I've tried A LOT of different stuff. Let me know if you have a question about any specific product

I heard Anabeta didn't do anything and that it was all placebo, is that true?

When I ran it I ran 4 weeks, on the tailend of 8 wk alphamine run. Don't remember exact #s but I kept my strength maybe gained a little but leaned out noticeably. I think it's in the dosing, find ur sweet spot and run w it. And I'm the 1st person to question supps, but results don't lie

Especially when there are so many people that bash it and I'm only 22 and probably won't get too much out of boosters yet. Too expensive for me and I'd rather spend my money on a Pro-hormone. How old were you when you tried it?

Anyone else taking supplements? There's got to be a supplement that someone tried that was amazing.

That's the thing, it's not a booster. It's a natty anabolic. Kinda nutrient partitioner with affects of a tbooster. That was couple yrs ago do I was 30. At 22 u don't need anything but food and heavyweight.

That's the thing w supps if u find one that is amazing, and works.... I'm thinking tainted. Supps are no replacement for hard work or genital fortitude

I take GNC amplified glutamine pills post workout and I'm rarely sore the next day. But I don't see them for sale anymore...

BPI 1MR did wonders for me as a pre workout.

Nothing right now for a during.

And a protein shake and a relatively healthy meal with meat usually within the hour of finishing a workout.
