I'm pretty sure if I venture into Oakland they are on every street corner.

I'm gonna switch up my meals and gym times. I think a serving of amino acids and some juice should get me through a workout and then I can come home and eat. I've been eating dinner before I take off to the gym. My schedule just sucks, guys.

AZ, I think I should get your number for a little free counseling. And by free, I pay in jeep parts.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure if you don't let your food digest before exercising it gets stored as fat.

I don't even own a jeep anymore

Id like to know if that's true. I may be shooting myself in the foot here.

As far as I know that's Not necessarily true. It will still eventually get broken down like normal after everything normalizes.

It does impact both digestion and your workouts tho. Digestion requires tons of blood flow and energy, as does exercise. So when you workout w food still in digestion, you may experience fatigue, cramping, dizziness, and stomach discomfort. Everyone is a bit different, so go by how you feel.

It also takes alot of energy to store non-fats as fats actually, which is also contrary to that theory.

I like alot of your input tho Ty, they lead to some great discussions Your a Kin major right?

Okay that does make more sense.

And I'm an exercise science major with a strength and conditioning focus. Not sure if that's the same thing or not, because we don't have a kin major here.

That's right I remember reading that now. Kin and EXS is really similar, but I think kins major focus is Physical therapy

With what you do on the trail I wouldn't doubt it.

Started back on the creatine. I don't think I'm gonna forget it this time. It seemed to help me out a lot when I was taking it a couple months ago and I want to keep the muscle mass I already have and burn a little more fat. I figured I have gained about ten pounds of muscle total since September and lost about ten more pounds of fat since mid March. My diet is to blame for not doing more as gluttony is the biggest of my vices. Hot wings, heavy beer and scotch are my biggest obstacles to overcome. At least I don't eat dessert anymore. That sugar late at night was gonna kill me.

Thanks Matt. Let's go wheel fordyce and see how much my nuts disappear.

On topic: my other vice is afghan food. Just something about it that I can't get enough. Twice in a row for lunch isn't gonna kill me. I made sure I had a little morning pt session at the gym and knocked out a mile on the treadmill before coming to work. Did two sets of shoulders and then I was out. I'm gonna hit the cardio twice a day because there's a wounded warrior 5k coming up in may and I want to be able to finish it. Plus I need to adios this fatty fat fat.
