I'm just gonna lump abs in with my cardio days for the next two weeks. I can do calves so my entire leg isn't sore every day, just half every other day.
But seriously, my energy levels are through the roof compared to a few months ago when I was over 260#. I'm so much more motivated to get up and do things now and have the energy to complete them. I should have done this years ago. On another note, I found myself doing rifle PT alone at the gym with the weighted 12lb sticks. Its the only weighted workout I did from before a month ago.
