people always ask this question.

i cant gain weight, i eat alot but still cant gain.

the answer is simple. your not eating enough plain and simple. gaining weight isnt as easy as it sounds.

i struggle to gain a few pounds. started a 170 a few years ago and hover around 225 give or take. pretty solid.

i still dont eat nearly enough.

when i say eat i mean eat, eat everything, 4-5 meals a day, eat something big before bed.

no fast food, dont eat alot of junk food snacks, everything else is game considering you have a fast metabolism.

i eat the hell out of some bread and rice and potatoes.

some peoples bodys are very dependent on carbs.

i just stay away from pure white bread, rye, pumpernickel, wheat etc all good, rice eat brown rice ! potatoes is really sugar. take a potatoe and let it sit in your mouth for a while, eventually when the amalayse in your salavia breaks it down to its basic unit itll taste sweet.

some peoples metabolisms are very different. some can do with out carbs some depend on them, some are in the middle.

learn what works and go with it !
