Ok. Day 15. Am down to 159 lbs!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!! Lost 3 belt loops. Went to doctors for checkup. He is happy with my changing eating habits and totally supportive of my modified juice fast. The food works.

Blood draw in lab afterwards and urine analysis.I asked for a complete lipid panel, liver and kidney function, potassium,WBC, RBC and a few other things I cannot remember right now.
Overall: feeling good

Fish soup with shrimp I made the other day.
I cleaned and deveined the shrimp but added the head of the shrimp for more flavor. The fish I bought I added too but pulled the bones out before adding too much more liquid. Steamed it on the veggies. Ok, here are the ingredients:
Pressed fresh garlic and 1/2 white onion roasted in sesame oil, added carrots, celery, green onions, lemon grass
(cut in maybe 1/2 inch slices, just maybe 5 or so, peel off the outer slice), fresh shiitake mushrooms, fresh cilantro (chopped), 2-3 baby book choy chopped, hoisin sauce, white moscato. Reduce, then add fish and steam. When fish is done, pull the bones out. Then add shrimp and heads of shrimp. Add water. Cook to perfection. Serve with bambo shots in chili oil and pea sprouts on the side and some lavash bread. Yummi.
