Lunch : BBQ eggplant: cut like 4 sliced of eggplant, marinade lightly in sesame oil, creole seasoning and fresh pressed garlic. Serve with BBQ red and orange bell pepper. Served with Greek feta cheese salad and lavash bread. Tip: you could add tsatsiki ( a yoghurt based sauce with dill garlic and lemon juice, simple but good.)

Ok. Day 15. Am down to 159 lbs!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!! Lost 3 belt loops. Went to doctors for checkup. He is happy with my changing eating habits and totally supportive of my modified juice fast. The food works.

BP: 111/77. HR 66, Temp 97.5

Blood draw in lab afterwards and urine analysis.I asked for a complete lipid panel, liver and kidney function, potassium,WBC, RBC and a few other things I cannot remember right now.

Overall: feeling good

Ok here are pics. I just sat down. Since I had to fast for the blood draw, here is a very hearty lunch:

Fish soup with shrimp I made the other day.
I cleaned and deveined the shrimp but added the head of the shrimp for more flavor. The fish I bought I added too but pulled the bones out before adding too much more liquid. Steamed it on the veggies. Ok, here are the ingredients:

Pressed fresh garlic and 1/2 white onion roasted in sesame oil, added carrots, celery, green onions, lemon grass
(cut in maybe 1/2 inch slices, just maybe 5 or so, peel off the outer slice), fresh shiitake mushrooms, fresh cilantro (chopped), 2-3 baby book choy chopped, hoisin sauce, white moscato. Reduce, then add fish and steam. When fish is done, pull the bones out. Then add shrimp and heads of shrimp. Add water. Cook to perfection. Serve with bambo shots in chili oil and pea sprouts on the side and some lavash bread. Yummi.

Ok. As riper the bananas, as sweeter it gets. As more enzymes are gonna be in it. So, I took 3 ripe bananas, peeled, put about 2/3 of glass chocolate flavored almond milk in, some peanut butter and almond butter ( I grind my own peanut butter and almond butter at the store, the price is twice as high, but totally good and fresh and no preservatives
You can put spices you like, like pumpkin spice for example, little but of cinnamon.
TIP: If you like fiber, you could add oats or cereal, possibly dried fruits or seeds. Blend.

Heat in pan organic coconut oil. Don't cook, just heat. Add cocoa powder till its a little thicker then water in consistency.
Take muffin papers and put them in sturdy container so they are safe. Then add heated coconut oil with cocoa in liquid form. Pour in a wide and slow pattern.
Then add banana mix from blender. Top of with more coconut oil cocoa mix. Freeze. After a little while once it settles garnish with maraschino cherries. The whole cherry is to heavy and will sink. When you freeze it the density chances on a molecular level and the cherry won't sink..

. Njoy...having one right now.... Yeah that makes two for today.... Lol

but its dairy free and has a nice flavor and the portion is forgiving...

Evenings i went out with some of my friends. We went to a restaurant and I brought my own 2 grapefruits along and had fresh pressed grapefruit juice. I also brought along some teabags green jasmin tea. The hot water was complimentary.
