Avoid GMOs: there is a free iPhone app. Go to apps, put in search window "Shop no GMO".

Here look for those signs in supermarkets:

Day 12: down to 162 lbs! I must have mainly lost fat around my belly, because my belt -I am the smallest hole- and will to start drilling holes....which is good. Right now it is really tough to stay on track because I have heard yesterday a good friend passed away. And I don't even want to eat or anything. That's the grieving process. But I will try as hard as I can to stay in track. So, here breakfast: 1 fresh pressed pink grapefruit.

Thank you Blubaru. It feels good having to drill holes in my belt...

So, today I was away from home, had 2 bananas, one whole pack of seaweed, and almonds, black currant and black tea (coffee supplement).
Tired, but not super hungry. Still gonna throw some food quick together or make a juice. Barely slept, but that has another reason and nothing to do with the change of food...

Ok, so I went to meet a friend of mine. We went to Denny's. I had the salad with- yes- chicken breast strips and bacon. The first meat in13 or 14 days....the firs bite of meat was really butter and melted on my tongue. After eating their garlic bread it seemed little bit like acid reflex. My stomach rebelled. But overall I ate the dressing ( Cesar) sparingly on the side as well as the cheese. Plus I ate only about half of it.

Then I went food shopping. Spend about 100$. But the fridge needed a refill anyways. And the oriental store I go to they have fresh caught and wild as well as farm raised fish, a big variety of veggies and fresh foods. Then I went to another farmers market and got some more veggies. This is what I bought:

Made an oriental style stir-fry: garlic pressed, sesame oil, some basil leaf, chopped, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, green onions, white onions( half small), 2 medium carrots, 2 small bock choy, shrimp ( cleaned beheaded and deveined), and pink moscato for a nice reduction. Served with chats boon rice sticks over a bed of pea sprouts and garnished with chili bamboo shots... Nice flavor and not too intensive. Served today with a small glass of pink moscato

Ok, late leftovers from Denny's. I barely touched the dressing. The Cesar dressing sure contains hi fructose corn syrup. But as long as I don't eat gallons of it every day and only once in a while it should be ok...

Ok, this I think is day 14.down to 161 lbs. so lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Feeling much better. Even there was not such significant weight loss, I
- lost 3 loops on my belt (have to drill a hole)
-lost fatty tissue from my floater. So, it's working.

Even I pigged out with eating out yesterday, I think once in two weeks its ok, and sparingly just having a salad was not that bad. I am feeling much better. Also my sleeping has improved. So, gotta keep going....my body seems to get nutrition from the fresh foods I am eating and knows what to do with them. If you eat processed food the body might not understand what to do with the food on a cellular level and stores it in form of fat. And you eat and eat and eat, and still after a short time are hungry.
This modified juice fast, I ate quite a bit, but mainly raw food based diet without any artificial stuff in it.

It's working.

Greek salad. Really simple. 2 tomatoes if possibly organic, 1/2-1 med onion (organic as well if possible), some Aleppo peppers for sprinkling, and I used toasted sesame oil and flax seed oil, but traditionally it's done with olive oil and some dry Moroccan olives. Served with lavash bread.

Lavash is a middle Eastern traditional bread which is simple ingredients baked in the inside of a clay oven. My favorite type of bread, but I am not a big bread fan anyways...

Pretty good. Just watch the amount of the Aleppo pepper. That has a good heat...

I forgot to add the feta cheese. Get the one in brine, if you can from trad joes and imported from Greece or turkey. I bought this one today but my preference is definitely for trader Jose's feta in brine. Comes in a whit blue little plastic box and its the most wonderful goat cheese remembering me on my time in Greece...
