Ok, here is an Asian style HOT stir fry:
Roast Chopped garlic and white and green onions, carrots and other veggies in sesame oil. Add all other veggies and spices, then triple reduce with pink moscato vine.
Vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce, regular pepper, creole seasoning, 4/5 tablespoon sugar, wasabi, pink moscato for a triple reduction a few DROPS of Dave' s Insanity hot sauce. anybody who cooks regularly with insanity knows why just a few drops.... Lol....cayenne pepper and Aleppo Hot Pepper ( extra hot).
Veggies: bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, white onion, green onion, 1 big carrot, 2 sticks celery, some nori ripped in small pieces, add just before serving, so it does not get too soggy.maybe 2 handful shrimp.

As glass noodles: chats boon rice sticks, they just consist of rice flower and water. Served with Alfa Alfa sprouts.
CAUTION: HAS A GOOD HEAT LEVEL. PRETTY HOT. For the ones sensitive to heat cook recipe without the INSANITY HOT SAUCE, Cayenne Pepper and Aleppo Pepper.

Alright, here to cool the burn is some banana nut ice cream.

Made it with 2 bananas, almond milk ( chocolate flavor),fresh ground almond butter( should add creaminess): that makes the ice cream, blend.
Then ganache: coconut oil, a tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, heat but do not cook. Just melt coconut fat.
Cupcake papers, and cupcake holder or pan. Put paper in, then pour slowly some ganache in it. Then add the blended banana nut ice cream.
Pour ganache over top. Freeze. When it is settled a little bit, garnish with a maraschino cherry....

Yummy. Can't wait. Mine are in the freezer right now...

...DID YOU KNOW....CHOLESTEROL...

It is divided in 2 main sections. LDL (Lethal Cholesterol: Low Density Lipoprotein) and HDL (Healthy Cholesterol: High Density Lipoprotein). Our body produces its own Cholesterol and we also get Cholesterol by the food we eat. Cholesterol has also different density. The more lipid and less protein a lipoprotein has, the less dense it is.

Dietary sources: Animal fats- are a complex mix of triglycerides, with lesser amounts of phospholipids and cholesterol. Therefore all foods containing animal fat contain cholesterol in different levels.Major sources of cholesterol include cheese, milk ( from various animals),egg yolk, beef, pork, poultry, bacon, any animal meat, packaged meat products like hotdogs, pepperoni ( from pizza), salami, fish, shrimp as well as human breast milk.

Cholesterol is not found in significant amounts in plants. Thats why it is important to eat you veggies!!!
You can imagine like our hematological system like the pipes of a house which transport life carrying blood thru the arteries from the heart to the organs. The heart is the pump which pumps the blood around to its destination.
If you eat too much salt, those pipes get brittle (Arteriosclerosis and can lead to coronary artery disease (CAD).
If you eat (or just simply have) too high Cholesterol, it deposits plague of various size in the those pipes (veins, arteries). This plague forms clots. They can break off and cause from TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) or a DVT (deep Vein Thrombosis) over angina (Chest pain) to an AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction) or simply said an heart attack. Sometimes chest pain is a precursor for an heart attack. If you have chest pain (it feels like a huge monkey sits on your chest and you cannot breath and you have troubles even lifting an arm, sometimes the jaw hurts too)- don't hesitate and call 911, don't wait. Only an 12 lead EKG can show an AMI. You might need thrombolytics or surgery that you do not die. The heart has its own blood supply. A heart attack is when the heart does not get the blood it needs to work properly, so it cannot pump. And that is what so painful. The tissues on the other side of the pump are lacking oxygenated blood and start to die very very soon, thats why CPR is so important and to know how to properly use an AED.

Cholesterol is strongly associated with cardiovascular disease because of Arteriosclerosis. That is when the arteries become brittle by eating a high sodium diet (junk food).

Elevated Cholesterol levels are treated with a strict diet of low saturated fat, TRANS FAT FREE, low cholesterol foods, often followed by cholesterol absorption inhibitors, or bypass surgery..

I take NIACIN to lower my cholesterol. It seems to help according to blood tests.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cholesterol

Good news: you yourself can prevent heart disease with eating a low sodium, raw food based diet....

Late snack.... My beloved grape fruit juice....
Feeling good, even weight has not come off so much, I know I am loosing inches at my midsection.... My floater is going away...... Luv it. In general,I feel so much better and I seem to have much more energy eating right. Raw almonds are a must to take along as a snack. Not just are they delicious, but also really healthy and have a bunch of energy for you...

Smile Hey there, I'm here!

Great forum! I will be checking on your blogs, as I've been wanting to start juicing and just continue to healthy eating. So much junk out there, from GMO and preservatives, antibiotics in all the animals. We no longer eat red meat, pork, drink sodas and eliminate processed foods. With all the meds that drug companies want you to be addicted to all in the name of profits.

Check out http://drmercola.com/ for other health tips, natural supplements and informative e-newsletters. I am so glad to have read Kevin Trudeau Natural Cures "They don't want you to know about" back in 2006, which opened up my eyes to the FDA and the food industry, so shocking. The movement to go organics and natural the last few years are from the dedicated efforts of those who believe we need to get back to basic and cure alot of ailments that we have today. Talk to you later my friend
