Ok, before school a a snack: cabbage wrap with 1 teaspoon almond utter, 1 teaspoon peanut butter and 10 raisins. er ex with a hot cup of green tea ( unsweetened).
For the way to school my all time favorite: unsweetened peppermint tea and 16 almonds. Then we have midterm today: for that 20 almonds and 10 raisins...
Ok dinner for today is salmon pan-seared with coating of turmeric, cayenne pepper, garlic,pepper, toasted sesame oil and a pink moscato reduction, with a veggie/ brown rice stir fry: purple cabbage, celery, green onions, white onions, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and toasted nori, pink moscato, low sodium soy sauce, vinegar and fish sauce,served with Alfa Alfa sprouts.
So far I have lost only 2 lbs my belt is already 2 holes tighter. I feel more energized, do not have the feeling I ate a brick( like I would usually after meat) and seem to overall be happier. My skin is also improving, the face cleared up for the biggest part and the skin seems to also retain more of its oil, since I started adding salmon to the diet. It is working for me. I eat quite a lot, but mostly unprocessed, raw foods and veggies. Even I am not a big veggie fan, I see a huge difference
...Did you know...Salmon...is an oily fish, has high protein, high omega 3- fatty acids and high vitamin D content, also contains Cholesterol. There is wild caught salmon and farm raised salmon. The farm raised salmon may contain higher levels of toxins. PCB - ( polychlorinated biphenyl, used as dielectric and coolant fluids, transformers and electric capacitors and electric motors) - is one of them. PCB was banned in 1979 in the US and in Stockholm. It is known to cause cancer. PCB levels can be about 8 times(!!!) higher in farm raised salmon then in wild salmon, thats why wild salmon is better for you.

Ok guys , whohoooo: day 7: still 164 lbs, but lost little bit of size in my jeans, the belt gets 2 loops tighter, and the jeans feel much buggier. I feel good, have a little bit mor energy, and my skin has improved. I also seem to have mor of a "glow".
Ok, breakfast today: 10 raw almonds and one fresh pressed pink grapefruit.
Early lunch: shrimp soup Asian style: shiitake mushrooms( handful), 1 celery stick ,1 big carrot,2 cabbage leafs, 1/2 white onion, 1 big garlic glove, 1 green onion, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts (half can each), better than bouillon maybe 1/2-1 tablespoon ( after taste), fish sauce, soy source low sodium, chants boon rice sticks as noodles, 2 tablespoons tasted sesame oil, Tony's Chachere's creole seasoning, and about 15 shrimp raw with skin and a shot of pink moscato wine. Make a stir fry starting with toasted sesame oil in pan, add onion, garlic, then all the other veggies and shrimp. put some fish sauce, better then bullion, the pink moscato. reduce. then when shrimp are about to turn pink, add water. taste, season with Tony's creole seasoning,possibly more fish sauce, soy sauce or spices you like.
if you want this as a stir fry, just don't add the water
Today: ice cream: made from 3 ripe bananas, about 10 oz organic almond milk, blended. Then after add about a half handful milk chocolate morsels, a half handful semi sweet morsels, 10 halved maraschino cherries, one strawberry cubed. Freeze. It is not creamy when take it out, that's why one of the pics looks so funny. But it's a nice treat.
For the coating: about1.5 tablespoons raw coconut fat, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon sugar.Heat up coconut fat, put sugar in, then add cocoa. Stir constantly. Pour over ice cream. Top with one halve maraschino cherry. Serve once the coating has set and is chilled.
Tastes really nice and into nice to have a chocolaty treat once in a while. very very yummi )
Day 8: still on 164 lbs, but feeling really energized and well. I am going to incorporated little bit of exercise, since I think my body is getting adjusted to this new type of food. So we will see. I will do a little bit of stationary bicycle and hopefully will make it to go swim in the poll for a while.Will keep posts on.

Ok, today was a busy day. Made a cabbage wrap and had a bunch if almonds as snacks to go. I did not know that I ( yes me, who usually does not like eating veggies) was graving veggies... So I came home and mad a cup mean green...2 celery sticks, 2 purple cabbage leaves, 1 Granny Smith apple, 2-handful of spinach, 1/2 lime, 1leaf kale, 1 big carrot, some flax seed oil...yummy
...looks like a " thing out of the swamp" but its actually really yummy...
