Hey y'all. I'm currently sitting at
5'11"
195lbs
11.5% body fat.
33" waist
18.5" arms
30" thighs
Iim currently on the quest for a 10% body fat range while adding another .5" to my arms and 2" on my legs. I've been lifting hard and using a lot of pylo as cardio. I found with more weight it is harder and harder to drop bf%. Ive been natural only using whey and pre workout NO. Thinking about hgh for that extra 1%. Thoughts?

I should mention I eat very healthy. So nutrition is out lol

Is it legit HGH or some kind of imitation gimmick like all the supplements with names ending in "-abol."?

I thought HGH was a banned substance?

If not I may have to look into it. :-)

Actual HGH isn't easy to get... has to be prescribed by an MD and only valid reason is growth hormone deficiency.

It's a blend to promote hgh growth in the body. It contains 100 mgs of hgh in the formula.

Looks like this is supposed to be the real thing from an underground lab. Maybe it is, but you take your chances, could very well be fake, a scam.

EDIT: I take it back... on that website they say this is a supplement a "secretagogue" which they claim will lead to hgh release in the body... but the label I saw on it says one scoop contains 5,290 mg or so of the stuff. I'd be surprised if it lived up to the claims - anyone can make those.

Started the cycle. Supposed to take 1 hour before bed on an empty stomach and zero carbs. Within 15 mins of taking a sensation goes per your body, sore areas grow intense and you feel short of breath. But you're not. Kinda makes you laugh. That happens for like 2 mins then you're stupid relaxed and fall asleep for 8 hours lol. Crazy though, I see a huge increase in muscle recovery already. My legs were dead. And they usually stay dead for a week but after day two they were 90%.
