Getting Started in the Fitness & Nutrition Forum!
First of all, welcome to the Fitness & Nutrition Subforum.
The purpose of this subforum is to create an environment for all those interested in learning about or sharing their knowledge of anything related to fitness, nutrition, exercising, weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, cycling, running, dieting, or just plain trying to be healthy.
In order to get the most out of this section, I would like to invite you to create a thread devoted to your own personal fitness and/or diet goals. Most of us here on Jeepforum love to read build threads, and your thread will essentially serve as your "build thread" for yourself.
I hope you find this section interesting, and if there is anything you would like to ask, feel free to do so. My only warning is this: there is no question related to the subject that is embarrassing. Asking for advice is one of the first steps involved in improving yourself!
