I've always gone off of 1-2 grams per pound. I refuse to deal with decimals when it comes to working out since they're almost impossible to track right or easily.

Well yeah, for some reason I just remember those number. I don't really calculate anything anymore.

I'm not sure if this is what jack was implying or not, but maybe instead of having an exercises thread, then a nutrition thread, maybe we should have like a bulking sticky where we list the different exercises, the specific nutrition and supplements. Then have a cutting thread where we do the same thing. Then maybe like a cardio thread? For like joggers, cyclists, swimmers, things of that nature. Then just a generic wellness nutrition sticky. Just another thought.

Well I guess I'd actually say 1-1.5, It'd be hard to get 2g's of protein per pound of body weight.

Yea that's basically what I was trying to say. A sticky for bulking. cutting, cardio, and general would be the best. I also wouldn't lock the stickies so members can keep the basic questions about those topics inside the specific threads to prevent clutter.

The only thing I keep up with is protein and calories. Probably should keep up with carbs too...

I make sure I hit at least 3k calories a day, high protein, and carbs. I also drink plenty of water.
