You don't have to do a normal split lol. To mix it up I've done front/back splits. 1 day is all front, chest, bi's, quads shoulders. Next day back, all back, rear delts, tri's and hammies. Day off, then repeat.
Recovery time is 24-48 hours so you're fine, just get a good stretch. Do RDL's on leg day and regular deads on back day. But I give you many kudos for putting legs first. Awesome
