So I'm working out at this Hampton Inn and the dumbbells only go to 50lbs...we have a problem.

Not bad for a 30min hotel fitness room session. Finally got some pump going after 4 days of no working out.

So I started that program that Eugene reccommended today. It defintly works. It took my DB press from the usual 55-60 to 45 just go get the 3 last sets in. I have really high hopes for this.

Oh God. My legs. I did squat 185 for 3 on my last set. (7x3) Which leads me to believe that my max would be around 225.

Deadlifted today for the first time in ages. Did 135x3 for about 6-7 sets to get my form right. Maxed at 185.

You're max will shoot up. Mine was 175, it's probably closer to 205 now

Well I have torn my rotator cuff or dislocated the **** out of my shoulder. Updates later when I figure out.

This summer has not been good for the upper left side of my body. My neck/left trap/lat have been having intense pain lately. My doctor is going to give me some steroids and if those don't work, I'll have to get it checked out for a bulging disc.

My shoulder hurts because after kayaking yesterday we got in this pool and thought it would be a good idea to try and stand on each others shoulders and see who could fall first and when this one dude stood on my shoulders, my left one just collapsed. I popped in back in place and it felt fine and then the pain came back.

Now it just hurts to move my arm.

Going back to the gym today. I'm just going to start some small physical therapy type stuff. It actually was just a dislocation so the only thing I have to wait for, is all the tendons that were bruised/torn to heal up.

It's been atleast a week and a half since I've been to the gym.

So I did some lightweight raises and benched 135. Those were the only things I could do. I was actually surprised that I could bench and I put out 135 10 times in 2 sets.

Did some more of the same stuff yesterday.

Shoulder is getting better and I did some high rep raises. Benched 135 as usual for a couple times. I'm finally at the point where 135 is easy for me and I never thought that could happen. I'm pretty confident I can blast through 155 and be to 185 in no time.

I'm about there myself. Last time I benched I blasted 115 8 times I believe. Just haven't tried 135 yet because my shoulder isn't 100% yet.

When I was at the same place, one day I decided to see if I could do 135. I did it 3 times and that was one of the best days. Huge milestone when you put a plate on there.

I benched 155 for 6 so I'm almost there. Also taking a week off coupled with this shoulder injury was great. Gave me new motivation for the gym and new energy. It's nice to take breaks every now and then since I just get burned out from going every day for months.
