I've been focusing on the incline a lot lately trying to build my upper pec more.

^ Nice video. I can't wait till next chest day to try some of those tips.

On another note, my protein came today. A total of 10.6lbs in a giant bag. Along with a couple samples of pre workout, hydroxycut, and some bcaa thing.

The young guy that won the 1st train w/ Kai contest is from my hometown. Dudes put some size on, remember he was 150ish and BOOM!! Ahhh, if I only knew then what I know now

I'm liking this Mon-Thur with Fri-Sun off. Gives me 3 days of rest and I can come back and work harder.

Monday makes a perfect arm day. I'm always too tired to do a chest or back on Monday.

Good chest day today.

Warm up

Incline
95 1x10
115 1x10
115 1x8

Did some up/down flys and DB press. Couldn't quite get 60 today. Repped out 50, went to 55 and I think I did 8, then went back to 50 and did 5.

I did flat bench 135 for 5. Buy that was after incline so it's expected. I've gotten to where I can usually rep out 135 for one set. Overall I have to say it was a good day. I had a killer arm day yesterday so that contributed to the lower numbers.


Protein update:

Tried the new shake yesterday. It's not really good but it's not bad. It is really easy to drink though, so that's a plus. I expect great things out of this gainer if I keep pushing myself.

Your DB press sounds about like mine today. Hit my warm up(2x10). Hit the first 4 sets of ten. Grabbed a pair of 45s, and once I get to the 5th rep I was struggling. Didn't make it to number 10

So like we were talking about in Jeff's thread, I need to burn fat. But I'm currently bulking and don't want to lose my calories. So should I bike while I bulk or just wait until whenever I'm finished and start biking? I would really like to minimize fat gains this bulk.

I'd wait til you're done bulking. It's called bulking for a reason. You seen bodybuilders when they bulk? They look completely different.

My job is a backwaiter for a fancy clubhouse so I'll be on my feet for 8-10hrs. Definitly need to go workout before work.
