So I still haven't gone out and bought a scale yet...need to do that so I can see how I'm maintaining my weight.

*hopefully* I can get up to 185 this winter. Although I really need to lose belly fat for spring break. Typical college kid.

So if you can only take in 30ish grams of protein per setting, how long does it take to digest until you can get a another serving in?

I've got a box of whey that never gets used so I figured I could try and make the best of it.

Depends in the protein. Isolate digests the fastest since its the purest.

Throw it away and get your protein from food. That powder stuff is junk, lowest form of protein available. 26g protein in 1 can of tuna alone. Add bread, and toppings and you've got more than your single serving protein drink. Plus its cheaper. Believe me, you'll waste more money on the unnecessary stuff when you could just be getting your calories from food. Remember, you wont gain muscle unless you are taking in more calories than your body needs.

I've been lazy.

Nah I didn't go the gym last week or this weekend because it was initiation for my fraternity, busy I should say, but I went Monday and did some arms. Until there was a "light malfunction" and we had to leave. I'm convinced they wanted everyone to leave since it was 11pm.

Another solid chest day.

Got 135 out for 10 and 8

Did some flies and more flies. Over all decently good.

So, one more damn paper and then I'm out for a week. I can't wait to use my old gym again. Finally I know I'll get a straight week of nothing but working out.

Ah yes Christmas break. Time to relax, go to the gym, and finally get healthier...lol no mom made a bunch of cookies.

But really, I've been going to the gym pretty good the past 3 weeks. My bench is up to 165 for 4, shoulder is still killing me, and I've started physically therapy for my neck.

Keep trying! First time getting 135 on bench is something I'll never forget.
