Precisely. It's a pretty nice program. Except it leaves a break day on Wednesday and I'm bored.

That Johnny Candito program works pretty damn good. Within 2 weeks I was able to get 155 for 10, maybe 12 if I had a spotter, on flat bench and 135 for 10 on incline. I'm also trying Universal Nutritions ZMA Pro and I've been sleeping alot better and waking up ready to take on my day.

Anyone ever tried USMyprotein? They have ridiculously low prices compared to the competition.

Probably because its the lowest form of protein you can get. Just barely meets the requirements for human consumption I'm guessing...

Stick to real food

Getting 180g of protein in per day is really tough. Especially when I'm at school and rarely eat breakfast and lunch is usually something I can buy with my dining dollars. Dinner is really the only "real" meal I prepare and eat. Although sometimes I do pack a snack if I'm going to be in the library all day.

Also I haven't been sleeping well lately and just feeling overall tired. I went and got a physical yesterday and had some blood work done. I'll get those results Friday. While I was there, he asked me about my alcohol consumption. He was a bit taken back when I said how much I drink. Usually while I'm at school, I'll drink 3-4 nights and go through a 24 or 30, a week. Depending on what's going on that week. That's pretty normal around what alot of guys drink and I didn't think it was too much for concern. Besides all the extra bad calories and carbs, is that a reasonable amount or should I slow it down?

That's a decent amount.

Also, 180g isn't really necessary. 130-140 should be fine.

I don't even own a jeep anymore

Well it's not like I go through a 24 every week. Probably close to 15-20 average. Sometimes I'll drink whiskey. Sometimes I drink Friday but not Saturday and vice versa. It really depends on what events we have going on or if I don't have anything to do the next day I might drink the night before.

You don't need 180g of protein per day (or 1g per 1lbs.), where in the world did you get that? Let me guess, the internet.

Dairy is a great way to get all the protein you need. You could make a post workout shake with a few cups of milk, yogurt, oats, some peanut butter (and EVOO if you need the calories)- throw in some tuna and chicken breast meals and you're all set. Pasta and shake post workout...Thats most likely all the protein you would need for the entire day

You grow when you sleep, so if you're not getting good sleep (7-8+), all the protein powder and training in the world wont help. Dinner should be the only meal you can skip/go light (not breakfast, its the most important meal of the day) If your diets not in check, you're just spinning your wheels. Eat breakfast every am. Try to eat or snack every 3 hours until dinner

Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper...
