Hmmm...I should try that. I never think about taking stuff during because I don't want my stomach to get upset. Water is usually enough for me.

So I figured I might update my goals a bit.

I'm 5' 10.5" and currently 167lbs. Current stats:

Bench
135x10 for 2 sets
155x5 for one set
185x1 for max

Back
185x10 on high rows
225x8 on rows
140x8 on lat pulldown

Shoulders
50x10 on DB press
155x10 on iso lat press
185x3 on iso lat press

Arms
110lbsx10 on machine curl
30lbsx10 on hammer curls
65lbsx8 on overhead tri extension
65lbsx10 on tri pulldown extensions

That's all I can remember for now.

My goal from here is to weigh 185lbs with 10% body fat. Lift goals:

225lbsx8 on bench
300lbsx6 on squat
315lbsx6 on deadlift

I hope to have that accomplished by the end of the school year. I don't think they're too unrealistic. Although I really do want to work on lowering my body fat now.

Same here. It was so nice in the summer. 10 people max. Now I'm lucky if something's open.

I've decided to do club rowing at my school. The downside is that I have to be up at 4:30 every morning for rowing practice. On the other hand, it's a guarantee that I will get a great workout. They do morning rowing practices and weight lifting. I really can't think of a better way to get a full body workout.

I had an ok chest day yesterday. I was actually struggling to rep 135 out for 2 sets on flat bench. I've gotten so weak the past 2 weeks.

I remember a discussion awhile back on going below 90* while benching...well this is why I don't go too below 90 anymore.

I have awful stretch marks on both shoulders. Whether it's from going to far down, growing too fast, or whatever, I don't go low now. Plus for some reason, my shoulder is hurting again.

Yea they're pretty embarrassing. They've gotten a bit better but I still won't go below 90 too far.

Well rowing kicked my ***. They made us go for a 20min run and I had to walk a good half of it. Running is not my thing...

The rowing part was fun though.
