Alright so I just got back from vacation last night. So that week we can just leave off the books haha
I used today as a day to detox a little from all the heavy food and alcohol. I stuck with light meals and vegetarian dishes. I have three weeks left of insanity. Then I'm going to throw some of the p90x workouts in and try to build some more muscle. I won't use any p90x cardio workouts, just the chest and back and legs and back, etc.

So here is to getting back into the swing of things.

My God Cass. The pictures hardly look like the same person. I wish I could get motivation and energy to do that.

Thanks Prot. It's been a lot of work but worth every minute. I still have a ways to go.

I'm going to go back to doing the Paleo diet for a little. Or as close as I can easily do. I'll modify it, nothing too awfully strict. The grains will be the one thing I'll eat once in a while that I shouldn't. And peanut butter. Unless I can get my hands on some good nut butter. I'll be logging meals here and there.

Trying to come up with Paleo approved snacks that I can grab on the go for class besides fruit, veggies and hard boiled eggs. I wanted something to munch on so I went ape **** in the nuts and dried fruits aisle and mixed it all up in a big ziploc.

Boom.

Its a little heavy on the fruit but I'll add some more nuts later. We got dried papaya, pineapple, banana chips, almonds, cashews, raisins, cranberries, apricots, pumpkin seeds and sunflower kernals in there.

Edit: Just finished Max Interval Plyo after having over a week off. Holy hell.

I had no idea so much exercise could be accomplished in the kitchen.(ongoing jeep forum joke)

Just kidding Cassie, as I am stunned by your rapid progress. You have me wondering if it might be possible for me to do something about my weight.

Watch out for added sugar and sulfur in the dried fruit.

Yup. They're just the dried fruit. I'm like OCD about checking for added sugar hahahah
Regardless I removed all the fruit. I'm trying to cut down to 1-2 servings of fruit a day anyway.
