Ate over 800 calories today already lol i'm sticking to that plan and so far I've been feeling great.

Max Interval Circuit is soon. Month 2 of Insanity starts today.

Have fun with month two.....that extra 20-minutes is a blast.

I've been eating 2-3,000 calories a day and still lost weight while doing Insanity, almost seems impossible.

It's crazy! I can't believe how much I eat. And (within reason) it's like the more I eat, the better I feel, the more toned I get. I mean it makes sense. More fuel, better workouts, better results.

I'm having a hard time trying to find that happy medium of eating enough. I wanna fuel myself and not go into "starvation mode" plus I'm trying to gain lean muscle. But I don't want to eat too much. All of my calories are from clean food so I think I should be okay.

I added protein to my daily intake, protein bars between meals while doing Insanity. I'm switching to a higher protein shake since I'm getting ready to hit the weights again.

Are you using the P90X recovery drink? If not, I recommend it, I worked out with it, then without it....I'm back to with it, because it works.....as does some Tylenol...

Bayer Back and Body is my best friend haha My knees were killing me yesterday. And no I don't use the recovery drink.

I highly recommend the recovery drink, I could tell the difference when I didn't drink it afterwards. I get the pre-measured packets. My knees are pretty much shot, from my youthful days of BMX riding, so adding the 8'x8' padded workout area to my basement and wearing neoprene knee braces makes them happier.
