Okay figure I'll play along. This is embarassing but I think its something I need to get over.
I've always been overweight, since I was in elementary school. I was always somewhat athletic, playing soccer and basketball, riding bikes, rollerblading with my friends. I was never skinny however I did have an "athletic build." When I went into high school I moved about 4 hours away. I stopped playing sports and I ballooned. When I graduated highschool in 2009 I was 5'7" and over 230 pounds. I wore a womens size 18 in jeans.
I started working at a barn and lost probably 20 pounds. Size 16 for a while.
I finally had enough and started eating clean and following the p90x program, which I did off and on in 2011-2012 and got down to a size 10. 165-170 pounds.
I took a break from hard exercise and in January of 2013 started Shaun T's Insanity. I'm in my recovery week now and feeling pretty good. My goal is to lose what I have left of my stomach. Hopefully get into a size 8 jeans and around 150 pounds. (Hard to guess weight because of muscle mass blah blah)

Very high body fat percentage

I'm not dead set on sizes or weight for goals. I just want to be happy with my body.
