I had another session last night with the trainer. I was sore going in from Monday but after a 15 min bike ride before starting I got the blood pumping and felt pretty good during the workout.
I have not paid attention to the weight that he is adjusting everything to, mostly because I think it would depress me to know, but he has gone up. All the same exercises as last time, still working on form (I think I got it down, sarcasm) but did say that next monday will be a new routine.
I started asking about supplements, and he told me to just load up right now on 100% whey protein. told me a couple of good ones and where to get them locally, just to make sure that it is 100% whey and not the flavorful stuff. I asked about fat cutter that won't make my heart explode and he said to just stick exercise right now. He will get more into supplements once my body adjusts to the eating every three hours.
