Bench press: 110lbs (5 reps)
DB press: 90lbs (5 reps)
Incline: 80lbs (5 reps)
Squat: 135lbs (5 reps)
Dead lift: 110 (5 reps)
Leg press: 375 lbs
Curling: 50lb easy curl bar inside grip.
40lb for outer.
20 dumbell for cross body curl and incline.
80lb shoulder press.
All of these are 5 reps. There are more I probably forgot about.
I need to up my dead lift but I just started those not too long ago and am watching my form, same with the squats.
So, I will leave this here and in 7 weeks compare my numbers. I may do a half way check in.

I'm also a female, so no laughing at my wimpy numbers
I like seeing others progress and I'd like to just leave this here so I can come back and see if I make more gains.
I've shifted over to a new lifting regimen.
