Bench press: 110lbs (5 reps)
DB press: 90lbs (5 reps)
Incline: 80lbs (5 reps)

Squat: 135lbs (5 reps)
Dead lift: 110 (5 reps)
Leg press: 375 lbs

Curling: 50lb easy curl bar inside grip.
40lb for outer.
20 dumbell for cross body curl and incline.

80lb shoulder press.

All of these are 5 reps. There are more I probably forgot about.

I need to up my dead lift but I just started those not too long ago and am watching my form, same with the squats.

So, I will leave this here and in 7 weeks compare my numbers. I may do a half way check in.

I've been running as well.

I'm also a female, so no laughing at my wimpy numbers

I like seeing others progress and I'd like to just leave this here so I can come back and see if I make more gains.

I've shifted over to a new lifting regimen.

I am pretty impressed with your whimpy numbers. I thought you were a "fragile" girl.

Haha, no. I've been into picking things up and putting them down for a little while.

When I first saw DB press

But then I realized that you meant the total and not the size dumbbell you're using.

Atleast I think you do...

It's 90 lbs total. Not 95. I'll fix that.

I just finished week 1 of Arnold Schwarzenegger's Blue print program and holy ****! I like it a lot and it's a good change up for me. Hopefully I'll see some gainzz. Buy srsly, if this workout doesn't give you gains I don't know what will.

For help on your deadlift, if you need it, check out elliott hulse on YouTube (strengthcamp). He's a master at what he does. Watching his videos and techniques really helped my deadlift.

Your numbers are impressive.

Thanks! I've been watching and reading a lot in general. I have it down good now and have already increased weight.

Well, my deadlift has increased to 130lbs.

I have some occasional clicking, minor heat, swelling, and pain in my knee. I haven't been able to do any serious squats.

It doesn't bother me when I run, or do the rest of my leg workout really.

Pop an NSAID and ice that knee. Maybe also invest in some knee sleeves.

Also maybe your form on squats could improve? No insult intended.

I have a sleeve I used to wear. I've been trying to find it. May get a new one.

My form is good. I've been really strict on that (why I wasn't worried about weight at first) and have some solid workout partners/helpful input. Going to go easy on the knee for a bit and see what happens.

My knee is feeling a bit better after eating off of deep and heavy squats for a little.

I also finally broke 100lbs on that damn incline bench press!
