Please don't.

Rear JK bumper came out better than I imagined, but the gap should be closed up somehow. Also the d rings look like two pieces of metal? And the shackles are undersized. That should be corrected.

BESRK makes a nice set of 1" D rings for around $20.

They fit really nicely for 2" rectangular tube and can be welded front and back like so.

I see it now. Through mounted? Just a thought, you can repurpose that JK bumper for a TJ. Get some bigger tube for the JK, then cut out a clearance for the tire. Take that piece of metal flip in upside down and 180 degrees and weld back in and then make some strips to fill the sides up. Front's looking really good.

That one is already powdercoated if I did any more work to it it would ruin the finish. But I think I'm gonna sell that one to a buddy of mine and build me a new one that is a little beefier.
Thanks about the front one I will post up some more pic later tonight after I do more work to it today.

Well here is an update to my bumper build. I got everything ground down smooth and I got my fog light plate made.

image-708827865.jpg

I used a 4 1/4" hole saw to drill out the fog light holes.

And here is the slot I cut out in order to get the bumper onto the frame rails on my Jk

On to those plates.
