Wrangler Seat Belt Rotted out of Frame

I just bought a 1993 Jeep Wrangler and the seat belt wouldn't retract. So in trying to pull the plastic cover off the seat belt mount the whole assembly and mount ripped out of the frame. What are my options at this point? Weld in a piece of steel of some sort? Get a new seat that has the seat belt attached to the side? Any ideas? Thanks!

yea mos likely weld a piece of steel or you can get racing harnesses attached to the rollcage

I had an issue where the roll bar mount to the body and just replaced it with 1/8 plate, figured it would be stronger than it was stock.
