winch plate

Im building my front bumper and need to know how much space to leave between my grille and stinger for a winch??? Help please

I believe that is dependent on the winch that you are going to run.

The bumpers u buy though with integrated winch plates r universal?

My goal is to make it like the poison bumper with trail stinger I don't want to pay big money just for the shipping to ct

8 inches should be wide enough for most winches, thats the demension i use when building a winch bumper

the mounting is 4.5" x 10" I have about 6.75" for winch space on my production bumpers.

You can look online at the winch specs to figure out what you need, most manufacturers have a drawing on the website.
