Who would want something like this?

Hey guys a while back I got my hands on a wrecked TJ the front end was toast. Well I had this idea for a trailer right?

Who would be interested in something like this and what do you think it would be worth?

Looks Good!

Its a good looking trailer! If I had a TJ I would buy one! As far as price, who knows? How much did you put into it?

I probably have with paint and everything about 3k into it without the tent. But I might be able to build them cheaper buying the tubs etc. I just wondered what similar trailers are selling for and if there was a huge interest in them.

So if I could make and sell these things for right around the 2500 mark would it be something that people would purchase?

Yup.

If you go the semi custom route you can have the trailer pained to match the rig and "upgraded user specific" features. CL is your friend.

Not sure I'd really want one with the rearend still in it. But on second thought, it could be a complete spare!?....

youve got basically an extra 4 tires for your jeep and extra parts. I was thinking about turning the fuel tank into a water storage...

NOOOOOOOO!

You will never get it cleaned out sufficiently to make it safe to drink. Leave it as an extra fuel tank and run a low psi 12v fuel pump to transfer the fuel from the trailer to the jeep tank if you are uncomfortable with the factory FI pump

Look at putting in an RV fresh water tank for your H2O needs, then you will have PLENTY of fresh water for your wants. There is oodles of room with out the tranny/X-case/drive line and exhaust under there.

I don't know about the fuel tank to water storage either. But I think a removable lid and a drop down tailgate would be pretty cool

Haha well knowing that now, I'm sure you could definitely make something work. I saw a guy on YouTube turn his stock jk bumper into a water storage, so anythings possible.

Just out of curiosity, and knowing nothing of trailering- would the wheels/tires on the trailer have to match the size on a Jeep, or could a Jeep on 33s, pull 31s?

Tire size won't make any difference between the Jeep and the trailer. It would be nice if they all matched, as it would give you extra spares, but won't make any difference as far as towing is concerned.
