what swingout carrier ?

I have a rear bumper that is one of the bulletproof rear bumpers..
I would like a swingout carrier but need to know what style would work, all it has now is the bracket where it looks like a spindle might fit?

Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer and see what they say.

... or, you fab something up (or have someone do it). If you have to have something custom made, I would recommend having it done locally, in order to ensure the parts are going to fit properly.
