Welding in the LA area?

Hello,

Anyone a welder or know a good welder in my area? I am in Glendora, Ca

I need to have my LJ front control arm brackets replaced
Also need front & rear LJ control arm skids installed.

Also need front bumper brackets fabricated on a JK, the factory brackets have been cut off and I need the brackets to mount a winch bumper.

thanks, Chris

I'm not from that area any more (thank God) and I don't have a specific recommendation, but since you've had no replies I guess I would just say yellow pages, google search, craigslist or check with some local 4wd shops and clubs.

I know when I lived/worked out there, there were plenty of mobile welders running around working oilfields etc.

Hello, Thanks. I hit up a few local shops but they all want to do big projects or they are unsure about welding on axles. Guess my money is no good around here. lol

To bad you aren't closer, I'd consider it. I'm out in the IE, on the east side of Redlands. I have welded on axle tubes and some on here may say it's a bad idea but if you use the correct filler and watch heat input it's not that bad. Been welding professionally (certified) since 92, on all kinds of stuff from high pressure gas to frame cracks on equipment.
