Welder

I'm looking into getting a welder. I figured this would be the best place to ask a question.

What brand of welder would you guys recommend for a good price?
Im not looking too expensive. I need one that can weld atleast 1/4" metal.

Red, blue, white or yellow(ESAB) are great machines.
I have 3 white ones myself, one of em is actually black on the outside but built by the white company.

All of em will weld 1/4" material, some much easier than others.
