Sweet Jesus man!!! Thats Awesome!

Started looking over the directions for assembly and such....sooooooo glad I decided to get a "pre-fabbed" table. Even with that "ready to assemble", this is going to take some time to get together.

Having a little BBQ meet-n-greet on saturday, so really just hoping to get the table together with the gantry on for a good conversation piece. No chance in sam's hell I will get the PC/controller even out of the box by then. But that's ok ! Weekend is free !!!

If you were to get the PC/controller hooked up and running, you could have it cut out eating utensils for all of your guests as they get to the end of the buffet line!

Now I want to cut a 5ft long dinner fork from 1/8" material... maybe bend it into shape on the brake. Stab it into the ground next to the BBQ..

That is the kind of stuff a plasma table makes you do..

I can already see me blowing every extra cent on steel....

Managed to get a bit of a start. As i look at in the shop, super pleased that i ponied up for the 8 footer rather than the 4. Hope to get it leveled and the gantry on tomorrow....

Are you going to do a water table for it? Best "add-on" to the plasma table that I've made. Cuts smoke/dust to almost zero. With water filled to within 1/2" of the bottom of the plate, I can cut in the shop with the door closed.

Whats the cfm on that? Whats the plasma need?

Thats another upgrade I need here also. The old POS I got sounds like a diary barn milker when its running.

Nice! We put the bigger model of that one in at work and it is awesome. That's the 60 gallon right? We went for the 80 gallon. Super quiet in my mind. Especially compared to out old oil less compressor. You will be happy with that purchase.

Yes, 60 gallon model. Puts out 11.3 cfm at 90psi. Plasma will take roughly 11.

Mostly there....going to buy a rolling PC table for the controller/PC. Should do fine for a buffet line tomorrow though

yep, my compressor died last night.

my local hardware store has seems to be a clone of yours for $525. All the big box stores are a hour away, and can't seem to find anything shipped for less. I could possibly drive that 100 mile round trip and get a 80 gal at Menards for $849 and they have a 11% mail in rebate, so looking at $755.

Taxes should be back this week, so hoping to pull the trigger on something soon.
