Nice! Gonna make it nice to go from "idea" to "part" in a matter of minutes. It will change the way you think about fabrication..

Well,

I finally received an "official" confirmation email regarding delivery on the table. March 15th. With the email, I was given a "packet" of documents describing the hardware/software/etc of the table. With that, I started using the software that will be on the machine for design. Not having CAD experience, I'm starting small.

My first measurement to cad project is a JK vaccuum pump relocation bracket. For those who don't have a 2012 or newer JK, it relocates a vaccuum pump that interferes with some aftermarket front bumpers. I had built these by hand up until now....so this will be a treat to cut out a bunch of them and toss them on the shelf. Next up will be the sliders I'm working on for a customer.

Holy crap, like the way you are going with the table! Design to prototype in a short time. Change/Alter if you need to and away you go. Crisp, clean and minimal waste. I am jealous and envious!

Wow.....those Kingpins were on tight. All my chunky butt on the end of a 4ft cheater bar on the end of the allen head......after 3 or 4 bounces, they broke free.

Side note....I've never seen bearings this destroyed....can't imagine the PO drove these more than a few feet once they blew. Passenger side disc/hub came off without removing any c-clips....just fell off. The entire bearing housings were in pieces.

Having trouble getting lower kingpins off the knuckle....probably gonna have to press them out.

Got the front axle stripped down last night. Finished up all the bracket/mount removal. Gonna start on the rear axle dismemberment tonight. Will order the gears and install kits first so I can get the axles done while they are easier to move around
