Some Dana 60 axle tube brackets for a customer.....the swag offroad brake press works awesome. As you can see, you can follow on instagram as well

Buddy is doing an LM7 swap in his range rover and needed a custom crank sensor ring since the factory one would no longer work for the application.

Sent pics and measurements of what he needed...

Original:








So we design the new smaller one that will go on the front of the crank pulley:







After a little trial and error on steel thickness, we ended up with some 16 gauge. Had to turn the plasma down to the lowest setting of 25 amps to cut it with minimal dross and warping.


After cutting and some clean up, you can see the pulley here as well:





Then bent up and next to the original:







Was my first time using the "polar array" function in the cad software, fun project...

Been crazy busy with my "day job"....but, even with that...I'm deciding to make the plunge.

-Insert jefferson's theme song here-


Moving in Dec 1:

2 Bays with large overhead doors
2 offices with front "showroom"
Bathroom....thank god

Will need to get 220v outlets put in, but shouldn't be an issue since it has 200amp service. Oh...and a couch for when I screw up at home

Trying to finish up projects before getting my move on. Gentleman brought a sweet *** CJ-8 Scrambler that had been completely restored....and I mean EVERY nut and bolt replaced. Best of all...was OD Green. He wanted a tunnel cover since he had went to an automatic behind the AMC 401 big block he stuffed in there So we fixed that up. He also wanted a simple rear bumper similar to the smittybilt YJ rear bumper. Sooo....we are fixin that up as well !

Picked up the keys today to the new shop. Pulled the Jeep into the front and back bays for space reference. Still need 220v, but should start moving the small stuff this week/weekend.
