TJ Bumper

I'm fairly new at the whole bumper fabrication thing, so I could use some feedback and advice. Is this a decent design? Is a Line X type finish on it going to be durable?

I like it a lot. Line-X should hold up well.

My front and rear bumpers are Line-X'ed. I love it. Just make sure to seal everything well...mounting points and shackle points especially...any moisture that gets under the rubber coating will cause rusting fast.

Looks really nice! My only concern is the material for the d-rings looks alittle on the light side. Also are they surface welded or passed threw?
