Is the light bar going to be set up on hydraulics so it can move up and down from inside the cab?

I hope you mean .065" wall, otherwise, that thing is going to be a pig! How are you going to tie the lightbar to the truck? As it sits seems like it is going to stick up quite a bit by building it off the rack, and you have no cage and a windshield so no tying to the a-pillar. Good luck with the project

edit: where does the tent come in to this? The rack? Better wear a helmet if you are an antsy sleeper

yeah .065 haha. i can carry it pretty easy by myself right now. the light rack is going to be removable and slides into the 3/4" where the ends are exposed. and is going to sit in front of the window and slightly down so it's not way up. i can do a drawing if you want. the reason im making it removable is because i want to be able to put a wind.. thingy ( cant remember the name ) so i dont loose too many MPG and i can just put the lights up when i head to the dunes and stuff.

i thought about if i fall out and it took me forever to get the image outa my head and stop laughing haha. i'll post my sketch when photobucket starts workin again.

I like the sticker and the rack is turning out real nice. How much did you spend on material?

"CUMHO Tires", is that right or is there a shadow on it. Thanks for the laugh this morning. I like how you modified that.
