Replacement Mig Gun

I picked up a Hobart 187 a few weeks ago. It didnt come with a gun.

Do i need a hobart specific gun, or will one from a miller or lincoln work?

The issue using a different gun is the connecter between the gun and the machine. That and the gas block inside the machine where the gun plugs into. If it's too different you won't get both o-rings on the gun put in correctly and it'll leak gas.

Thanks for the replies. I saw replacements for Hobart/Miller, I didnt want to waste money if I tried to snag one on ebay and have it not work.

Check out the HTP flex neck guns. I love mine. You can get them with Lincoln or Miller ends.
