No.. thank YOU

Make sure to tell your buddy not have them powder coat the pivot spindle nor the inside of the pivot tube. I already pressed the bearing races in for you so you don't want to get them all covered in powder coat. They'll be fine in the powder coating oven though. They should also know to stuff plugs in all the threaded holes so they don't plug up with powder coating..

Thanks again!!

I would also like to thank Eddie for all the help. I have had several idea's over the past few months and ran most of them by him. I have got several parts from him, and am so glad to have him around. His prices are honest, and he is a great help to someone that builds for a hobby.

My modified version of the BESRK rear bumper.

My front bumper using BESRK parts.

If it were not for Eddie, I doubt they would cave turned out so well.

did eddie make the tubes and bends for you, because that stinger is BADASS!!!!!!!!!

It is a bad mother of a bumper. Idk what the limit is here in PA about stingers....I'v heard of a guy getting pulled over because it was over the hood line and was considered "obstruction of view." Oh and Inca gold jeep...

good call. BESERK do you only do front bumpers in rectangle tubing? Can you make them like the BTF one or ones of that nature?

That bumper is bad!! If you pulled up behind me at a red light, I'd pull over and let your Jeep go by just so I didn't piss it off..

I only do the 2x4 thing at the moment.. When this "Tax Season Rush" is thru, I plan to go full steam ahead on a 48" or 60" press brake... then, I should be messing around with rock sliders, rear corners, maybe some "bent bumpers"..etc. May have to rent the shop next door and knock the walls down to make more room. I'm cramped up in my little 1250sqft sweat shop.

I can tell you Eddie has it going on in his shop. That press your working on really impressed my along with your CNC table. Everything you've given me has been worth every penny. I just sold my old Jeep and I gave him your name for a front bumper. Hope he calls you on it.

Should be down to help Scott in a few weeks and I'll stop by to see if you got anything cooking in that bad *** shop of yours.

Tire carrier is perfect so glad i had it added. Thanks again Eddie!

James

Probably at price where he will actually be able to produce and make money off of it. Prices for steel products have gone up significantly if you haven't noticed

Im pre ordering some corners as well.

the price of steel is getting rediculous these days. its gone up about $10 a lb for A36plate over the last 3 months. Just did an order at work the other day that was almost $80k in material alone for 8 pieces.

The other day I ordered 1 sheet (4x8) of 3/16", 1 sheet of 1/4" and 2 sticks (24ft) of 2"x4"x3/16" and it was $772

To be honest, I haven't figured anything on pricing the rock sliders.. I have to make them first

For me, the big question will be how well the press brake works. I plan on building the frame and hydraulic system, and then purchasing a 4-way die and punch from a tool maker. If I can get the whole thing built for less than $5K, I'll feel pretty good about it... as long as it bends plate.

BERSK, I hope it all works out for you. I spoke the owner of a big off road company last week and he said they were going to stop building certain off road products because it was not profitable anymore due to the price of steel. The steel I buy has gone up 15% in the first 2 months of this year.

Where is this money going from the increases???
