Radiator hoop and stinger

Last night a friend bent me a radiator hoop and stinger. I spent 6 hours today fitting everything together and welding it up. Because of the highline fenders he couldn’t bend the radiator hoop in one piece so its made out of 3 with the split where the horizontal bars from the stinger attach.

Yep, looks good but I'm curious why it couldn't be bent with one piece?

His bender needed 6" between bends. The bends around the head lights run into each other.

lol, I don't know yet. This isn't my DD and I can count on both hands how many times I've driven at night in the last 4 years. I might add some off road lights after I get a winch.
