Powermax 1100

Picked on up off our Snap On rep at work yesterday for pretty cheap (for a Hypertherm around here anyway) and I'm curious what I should check out on it before I go using it? I've read through the manual a couple times but I mean checking as far as any parts that would need to be replaced or whatnot. I know the consumables in the torch have been replaced and he gave me an extra couple shields with it.

We won't have our shop wired for an extra 220 til next week but one of the techs and I were going to roll it over to our body shop this afternoon to try it out. He's got an extra wrecked Forester he bought for the motor and trans for one of his cars but the local scrap yards won't take it as is without the title unless it's cut up so we figured that would be pretty cool to practice on.

If the consumables are good, I'd just hook up an air source, plug it in, and hit the trigger..

Awesome, that's what I figured. Didn't get a chance today sadly, ended up helping my mom buy a WJ this afternoon.
