after my cage failed on my last yj, iam looking to reinforce the new yj, the new yj has the slant style rear bars. now the a to z one looks nice but the bars that go to the winsheild are slanted, so this would make it harder to put in a cent consol on the cage. heres the link
http://www.atozfabrication.com/catalog/frontsportcageadditionforjeep19872006wranglers-p-38.html
the other i like better, is the psc
https://www.spydercustoms.com/index2.php
i like this one more because the bars that go to the floor are not in your way. this will be my DD again. Now my question is, do this tie into the frame? and i can weld so thats not a problem.
heres my old cage

Here is one we just finished up for my jeep. Started with a KOZ offroad design for a TJ with YJ windshield tie ins and bent up to fit a CJ, if that make since. I changed some things on it and added a few things. Overall very happy with his design and it went together nicely. Tie ins are to the frame and still need to add harness and diagonal at B pillar.

yeah the front springs are mounted using an old hot rod trick with this slider type setup, I've heard of that as an alternative but never seen it done until now. Look at the front springs where the shackle should be (for a reverse shackle). Funky huh?
ok back to cages!!
