OBA Question

Would hooking the intake side of a Sanden 508/709 to the crankcase breather valve be a bad thing (tie in a tee with a filter so I draw in some out side air as well)? I figure that since when it comes off oily air comes out of it it would self lubricate the scroll compressor with out needing to add an in line oilier to keep it alive (still would want a "de-oilier though). Simple, reliable and low cost.

Your thoughts.

Haven't heard of this before. Don't see why it wouldn't work though. From what I've read those AC compressors need very little oil.
