New jd2 model 32 set up

I just got my new jd2 model 32 bender after Christmas. I've been using buddies benders for a while now it is going to be nice not making a road trip every time I want to bend some tube. First thing is getting it all set up. Here are some pics of the bender and the stand I built.

Nice looking bender!

Specs on the hydraulic setup?
I have a feeling I'll be converting my Pro-tools 105HD eventually.

The ram is a single acting 10 ton from enerpac. The pump is a 1 hp 3000 psi unit from grainger that can be wired for 110 or 220. The control is a 3 way prince. I used 1/2 hose on the flow thru ports and 3/8 on the working port.

I bent up some tube tonight! The bender bent a 180 degree out of some 1.5 120 wall effortlessly. It is alot quieter than my buddies bender that uses a double acting cylinder. I might have to make some new shock hoops for the front of the yj this weekend.
