New England Area or advice

I am workin a a CJ and a XJ right now. XJ is DD. The CJ needs body work. I am about to buy a Mig welder and a OXY.ACet torch. Is it worth the investment to buy these two bad boys. Is there anyone in the NE area that would be willing to rent or justr come by and drink beers and go over this with me. I want cut new panels and floor.
