My Front Bumper Build

Material:

2x4 tube (1/4")
1/4" plate
BTF spider web gussets
Weld through D ring mounts

The D ring mounts are all the way through the 2x4, and the top plate sits underneith the swaybar mounts.





Bottom Tabs:



Winch Template:



Tacking the gussets:



Getting there:



Painted and mounted:



**Yes, I realize the winch is spooled backwards**


Next up, rear bumper with tire carrier and rocker guards

Can I recomend a little touch up paint on both ya Winch and Sway bar.?

Then it will look very nice and new

where did you get the gussets from. i relly like it. ik just got done doing the same thing but i dont have those. sweet!!!!!

i have a sugestion for your d ring mounts, when i made mine i welded washers on each side to make the mounts thicker so the d rings fir in there snug, ill be doing that to my back bumper today or next week.
